Individual Therapy

I work with individual adults on many issues, including depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, relationships, multicultural issues, and more. 

I incorporate methods from many different types of therapy, such as psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, emotionally-focused, trauma-informed, attachment theory, internal family systems, and so on, tailoring to your personal need. There is no one style that works for everyone! 

For those who have never been in therapy before, it can seem a little scary getting started. I'm happy to explain the process and answer any questions you have. There is no obligation to make an appointment.
