Men's Issues

Most men don't approach issues the same way women do. They tend to be more solution-focused and prefer action to discussion. (I'm generalizing, of course.) There is still a lot of pressure on them to keep it together, handle things on their own. And in recent times, men seem

to be blamed for everything because, they are told, they have privilege, they hold the power.

But the truth is, even the strongest individuals need support from time to time. Men, too, experience trauma,

depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and work stress.

I understand that seeking help can feel like a big step, especially if it’s unfamiliar territory. My goal is to create a safe,

non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about what’s on your mind, without fear of being misunderstood or

criticized.

No matter what brought you here, it’s a courageous first step toward taking control of your mental health and

well-being. We will work together to help you become the best version of yourself.
